Shipping Information and Return Policy

Thank you for visiting this page. We hope you're happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it for store credit or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and warranty labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided. Mail your return with a traceable carrier to the address on the RMA return form.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition, we'll process your return or exchange. Please allow at up to seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We'll notify you by email when your return has been processed.

This policy does not cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, or use with equipment with which it is not intended to be used. It doesn’t cover cosmetic or incidental damages. Also, the policy will not apply to damage caused by unauthorized alteration, modification or repair of the product. RFBlast.com does not warrant or provide service or support for any third party products, including, but not limited to products we sell.
For defective or damaged products during transport, please contact us at the customer service number below to request a refund or replacement.
A 20%% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Contact us to obtain return authorization prior to returning merchandise.
